Steven W. Pearce is a globally recognized sustainability strategist, ESG intelligence architect, and founder of Pearce Sustainability Consulting Group (PSCG). With over 13 years of experience advising governments, multilateral institutions, corporations, and NGOs, Steven helps organizations convert ESG compliance, climate risk, and sustainable development goals into measurable strategy, foresight, and long-term impact.

He is the creator of Predictive Sustainability Intelligence (PSI) — a pioneering platform that integrates ESG foresight, AI-driven analytics, and geostrategic intelligence to forecast risk, drive sustainable outcomes, and support resilience planning at national and corporate levels.

Steven has worked on development strategy and sustainability consulting across the United States, MENA region, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Europe, with notable experience supporting country-level ESG and sustainability transformation. • Presented food insecurity research for Harvard to the Tunisian Ministry of Nutrition

• Developed sustainability compliance frameworks for the African Development Bank (AfDB)

• Consulted on socio-political policy used by the U.S. Department of Defense to address governance gaps in Afghanistan

• Authored deradicalization research taught at The American Military University, focused on peacefully disengaging extremist groups in conflict zones
